I am excited to announce my participation in Metropolitan Mortgage Group’s access to Newly Expanded HARP 2.0 guidelines!
If you received a pre-approved letter from me regarding your Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac backed mortgage, deeming you eligible for recently expanded HARP 2.0 guidelines then you’ve come to the right place!
Many of the major banks cannot complete HARP refinancing for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac backed loans to unlimited LTV/CLTV or if you currently pay PMI or LPMI (or many other reasons), but in most cases we can with our access to guideline expansions! We also get appraisals waived on most files and can usually finance all costs and prepaid items. You can even skip up to 1 or 2 months payments!
